My husband and I immigrated to the USA in April 2022, so when we were faced with the daunting task of finding a home we had no idea how the house-buying process worked, how to even get a mortgage, and how interest rates work. All of it! From the moment we met Tammy, she has been an unbelievable wealth of knowledge helping us to navigate and understand everything. She has been so patient with us. Taking our calls whenever we had questions, and fighting for us as buyers to get the best price and value. Honestly, without her, we would have been completely lost. After failing twice to close on two houses we opted to buy a new build. It was quite a lengthy process with many meetings and conversations. She has been by our side at every step of the way. From choosing our fittings and fixtures (while recovering from surgery) to meetings with the builders, to difficult meetings when we were not happy with the levels of the property, to blue taping the property, and finally signing off. She just goes the extra mile with a beautiful smile on her face. We are so grateful for the relationship that we have forged with Tammy. She literally was an answer to prayer.
