I had a wonderful experience home searching with Tammy! From the moment I first had a conversation with her to the day of closing, and even days after that, she was helpful every step of the way! Although it was a scary process for me as a first-time home buyer, she made sure she was available to answer any of my questions and calm my worries, because as she knows, I had many! She always made herself available to talk to me about any home concerns and unfamiliar concepts related to the home-buying process. She made sure I was connected to the right resources and explained everything thoroughly, even if it required multiple times. She gave me realistic expectations and never let me make a bad decision. She was patient and let me be thorough with my review of all paperwork. Her experience was extremely helpful, as she knew her way well around everything surrounding this process. She was quick to find me home options even when I felt this goal was unreachable and showed me great houses with features I was looking for in a home and within budget. She helped me find a wonderful home and I’ve been happy with my decision ever since. I’m slowly working on moving in and everything is going great so far.
