Meet Erica
REALTOR®Erica is a 2nd generation Austinnite and comes from a family of local contractors. She attended FIDM Los Angeles for her undergraduate education. Soon thereafter, she returned back to Austin. Eventually venturing into real estate.
Erica brings energy, attention to detail, transparent communication, and professionalism as well as knowledge of construction to every real estate transaction. She has extensive knowledge of the close-in sub markets which assists buyers and sellers across neighborhoods and price points.
During Erica's childhood, she would work with her Father remodeling homes, giving her knowledge of what a well-built home looks like. She appreciates and has enjoyed the architectural transitions that have been happening and finds the beauty in all the differences each home has to offer.
Her southern upbringing has made her very personable and ingrained in her the charm of saying "ma'am", "sir" and "y'all". Erica is committed to fitness and working out on her personal time. She is a foodie who loves supporting local businesses as well as exploring the new restaurants in Austin and surrounding areas.
